The collective play Risen Festival 2023 this weekend
Hello and welcome to the ninth edition of DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
It’s a brief newsletter today but one well worth getting stuck into. That’s because it features Team Woibey, one of dance music’s most exciting collectives. They’ve put together a playlist to celebrate their upcoming set at Risen Festival this weekend, and I’m very excited to be sharing it here.

Nothing beats playing out bangers with your best mates and Team Woibey - comprised of FAE, ohmydais, Ell Murphy and Mixtress - epitomise that collective joy every time they stand over the decks.
Already established as solo artists after meeting in 2020, the four united through their shared love of dance music and a desire to find a strong community of women in the London scene. And they’ve notched some huge achievements already, garnering critical acclaim from countless festival sets, a Rinse FM residency and a support slot on Interplanetary Criminal’s recent tour.
It’s for good reason too, as they rattle through sounds from across the electronic music spectrum and deliver them at breakneck speed. Whether it’s in a sweaty basement or on a sun-drenched festival stage, don’t miss your chance to catch the four DJs tearing it up.
With another unmissable, raucous set kicking off at Risen Festival this weekend, Team Woibey have put together a playlist celebrating the divine feminine, featuring the likes of Bored Lord, I. JORDAN, SHERELLE and more. They explain: “Ahead of our set at Risen 2023, we've put together a playlist of our favourite tunes by some of the best women, trans & non-binary producers and artists around right now - including many playing at the festival this year. Selecting tunes from across the board of ukg, breaks, jungle, electro & techno; songs with passion, that make us feel something, showing the multi-faceted and unique production of these producers.”
